Please try to describe the issue you are having as completely as possible. Include the specs of your computer:
* what kind of Mac (MacBook Pro, iMac...)
* OSX version number
* Nvidia or ATI video card and how much VRAM
* how much RAM you have
all of this info can be found in the System Profiler (Apple logo in the upper left of your desktop, 'About This Mac' then click 'More info')
And it would be very helpful to give us all of the following information, so we can send it to the TransGaming support desk (TransGaming provides the technology that allows this PC game to run on a Mac).
Please send all the following to help at tale-of-tales.com in a single .zip archive:
1. Detailed description of the issue. I.e. What was the expected behaviour, and what happened instead?
2. Screenshot of any error messages that were encountered.
3. System profile of your Mac (in XML format).
4. In the case of a game crash issue, the contents of any folders in the following location that have "wineserver" or "cider" or the game's name in them: Users\<username>\Library\Logs\CrashReporter\
5. Your activation code if relevant (e.g. for code verification, etc).
6. Description of what you have already tried, if anything (e.g. re-downloading, reinstalling, removing prefs, tried on another Mac, etc).
Sorry for the bureaucracy but this will be the best way to solve these issues quickly. |
