O: I had not thought of putting the Path on the Wii! that sounds like epic win right thar! I mean... I'm not sure what the controls for it are to begin with but if it's a point and click a Wii would work just fine. I found trying to draw for Ookami with an analog stick rather hard and it would probably be the same for the Path. Ah... if you guys could ever make this into downloadable content for the Wii it'd just be another reason for me to get one. <3 (Have no room at the momen. ): )

Can't adults decide what would and what wouldn't treat them like a child by themselves?

The marketing is trying to lure us all in, of course. So an adult might not be able to tell just from the box cover whether an 18-rated game is actually intended for children.

True? I agree with Miorrowind, though; games are quite expensive, so I always make sure to research them before I buy them.

I doubt if The Path will ever appear on Wii. But there is some intrest to port it to Playstation. Who knows?

We do have ideas/plans for other games on Wii.

Wii owns Playstations Ass... If Path is a Real Point and Click or at least something in that direction, it would very well fit on the wii...

Yes, you do. You must recognize the Wii's awesomeness and buy one for your gaming pleasure.

Not true. Both consoles are amazing. The PS3 has the amazing graphics and gorgeous games. The Wii has the arcade-style play and motion controls. You can't really compare them because they have completely separate features. Truthfully though, I think that the Wii is a good multiplayer console because of games like WiiSports, but the PS3 is good for single player because of the massive amounts of RPG's(can I hear anyone say Final Fantasy?). I don't usually get out my Wii unless someone is going to play it with me, but my PS3 is always hooked up.

Please... We both know, that Sony is under Nintendo... Where do you think, they got the Sixaxis? (STOLEN FROM NINTENDO!)

<highfive with inner voice>

Besides, FF is now really low, because they are endlesly repeating the same procedures...

Oh come on. The Sixaxis isn't even close to the Wii's controllers. It's not used to point and click or even move the characters. The motion controls on the PS3's controllers aren't even a major part of gameplay (unlike in Wii games like Okami). They're used for quick movements like rolls or dodges. Not necessary. The only game I've played that actually uses the Sixaxis as it's main form of control is Lair and the motion controls are only for tilting when flying, not actually moving the controller around like with the Wii.
As for Final Fantasy, you can't really complain about the repeating. Each game (especially the recent ones) has different characters, environment, countries, time period, plot, and features. The only thing they have in common is the ultimate goal (saving the world/place they live) and the fighting system (which just recently changed). They're a lot more varied than Nintendo's Zelda series (which I actively play also). It's always about Link, the Triforce, the Master Sword, Gannondorf, the princess, and so on. Reminds me of how much Mario repeats, too. Even if Mario and Zelda are very entertaining.

The Wii seems to bring back the fun to games. Which is nice.

But Sony, probably because of "losing the console war" may be shifting focus more towards games as art, games as narrative experiences. The most artistic games are already on the Playstation (Ico, Fatal Frame and Silent Hill on PS2 and Flow, Flower and Heavy Rain on PS3). Perhaps this trend will continue and this is how Sony will ultimately distinguish itself on the market. So here's to Playstation's contuing lack of success! Evil or Very Mad

(after all, it's only because of losing that Nintendo was motivated to come up with the DS and the Wii too -apparently these people's brains only start working when they lose money)

Good way to put it Michael. And it's true, their brains only work when they're losing too much money.

Anyway, Nintendo is way better than MS or Sony
