Just wanted to make clear my gratitude for your thoughtfulness and additional effort in bringing a Tale of Tales title to Mac OS. I've been preparing a presentation on "The Realtime Art of Tale of Tales" for a module on "Cyberspace and Virtual Worlds," and this means that I may be able to actually show one of the works themselves as part of the presentation, rather than merely a movie of it. And most of all, it's a glimmer of hope that 8, if it is ever finished, will too be made available for Mac OS (if not for its spiritual, and still preferable, home of the Wii console).

We really love developing for Mac!

Sadly, there is no tool like Quest3D for OSX. And Quest3D only runs on Windows. Sad

But we will definitely make more (small) games for Mac in the future.
And we hope we can port The Path to Mac.

I was planning on just opening the trail version of The Graveyard to check that it ran OK on my computer, and then purchasing the full version so that I wouldn't have spoilt it by having played through the trail version previously. But reading other threads here has made me question whether that is the right thing to. Is one supposed to play through all of the trail version first, and would they be missing an important part of the overall experience if their only experience was of the payed-for version?

I hope not. I've only played the pay-for version.

(And hey, it's a Yorkshire lad! (Lass?))

Even though the trial and the full version are technically not very different, I do believe that the experience is extremely different. We did design the game with the idea in mind that people would play the trial first and then the full version.

But if you did it differently, that's fine too. Then you got a different experience. The biggest dfference between experiences is between different people anyway.
