Verizon is an Internet Service Provider, and this message seems to be related to some software Snippit has installed on his machine... possibly his modem? To be honest, it looks like some sneaky spyware. I don't trust these companies and their 'software'... whenever possible, I take the drivers off the CD and install them manually, myself.

By the way, if anybody missed it, you can find the 13 minute Abiogenesis video from yesterday here. Smile

It popped up as soon as I got TEF to close after and hour of being frozen, I figured it might have something to do with how slow everything was. It was slower than usual the day before, too. I don't think I've downloaded any software recently. Or at all...My mom or my sister might have accidentally downloaded something, though. I don't think we've done anything to the modem since we got it a few years ago. Maybe I'll just try deleting some stuff I don't use...

I'm a girl, by the way Razz

(What's the plural for Abiogenesis, anyway?)

Based on the plurals of similar words, I'm fairly certain that it would be "Abiogeneses." Wink

I know! ^^ Which is why I'm not overly upset.

(Plus I know it would have lagged halfway to hell...)

Ugh, I nearly had to restart my PC and miss the whole thing it froze so much. I started taking shirt "breaks" so it wouldn't lag to bad.
