Hey guys,
I recently downloaded the unity game developer thing, in the knowledge that some of your creations were made with it. Intent on making my own genre bending game, I opened the programme, clicked once or twice, then closed it.
Only now do I realise how difficult, confusing and time consuming making a game is, and I really have to praise you on all the work you do, not just because of the amazing content, but because of the sheer amount of effort you put into it! |

Thank you.
This is kind of funny, considering that Unity is one of the easiest to use tools out there. I agree that there's much room for improvement. But I also agree that making games is a lot of work. It was a radical change for us when we switched from websites to games as our medium.
I'd still encourage you to spend more time with Unity. Do a few tutorials. See if it inspires you.
Then, make sure you have enough time to make your dreams come true. Otherwise, scale down your dreams. |

I remember myself 10 years ago, when I first time started to work with 3D Max and Xara programs. I broke my mouse and LCD Monitors twice. |
